Investment and Trading both are entirely different things.
One should not mix or confuse investment with trading.

Investment means with thoruogh research and Fundamental Analysis of the Company and the Economy you have buy stocks for some company for Long-term. (long term means more than 5 years)
In investment you are likely to gain because of Long term Growth of that Company or an Economy.

Trading means you buy srtocks of some Company purely on Technical Analysis means the stocks price movement on past few months or last year. There are many strategies in Trading. However, in Trading you are not going to be benefeted from Fundamaentals of the Company or long term growth of the Economy. Trading is for Speculators.

While Investment is for Investors.
Warren Buffet is an Investor and not a Trader. However, so many people have misbelief that, Warren Buffet has made his fortune from Trading and Speculation. Infact this is not true. Warren Buffet has made his fortune purely from Investments.

According to Warren Buffet, The Legendary Investor, Investment is better than Trading. He says that, if you invest in Fundamentals of the Company than you will definately gain money in the future. However, so many people are not agree with him.

According to Warren Buffet, "Comlex Financial Products are the weapons of the mass financial Destruction" and Trading is out of them. other Complex Financial Products are Futures, Options, Swap...etc....

So if you want to be financially free in future. Simply buy the stocks of Fundamentally strong companies and just sit behind and see it growing....!!!!
