Wohaaa………….. My Web Property’s (This Blog) Valuation has increased 20% in just last 20 Days only……!!!!!!

Just 20 Days before, I had posted an article, “My Blog’s Net Worth increased to US $ 2822.70”

I am using Technorati’s Blog Net Worth software to evaluate the fair value of Blogs.

Today just after 20 Days, The Valuation of my this Web Property (This Blog) has increased 20% to US $ 3387.24 from US $ 2822.70.

This is US $ 564.64 of Capital Gain (On Paper Only Right Now). And that is 20% Capital Gain on US $ 2822.70 in just 20 Days.

I am feeling very exciting about owning this Web Property. This is the time of recession when the Valuations of Assets are plunging down below 0% and during the same time, my Asset (This Blog) has given me 20% returns and that is also in just last 20 Days only.

And if we talk about last couple of months than, This Web property has appreciated 75% in its value in past 3-4 months only. Yes, This is true. This Web Property has given me Capital Gains of more than 75% in last 3-4 Months only.

The only Limitation here is that, like any other Assets (Such as stocks, Gold, Real Estate, Bonds, Portfolio, Mutual Funds, Businesses, Art…etc) it is Capital Gain only and that’s why it is “On Paper” Right Now and it will remain “On Paper” just like any other Assets unless I sell it.

Yes, Capital Gains are “On Paper” Only and you don’t realize it in real (Means in your Bank Account) until you sell your Asset. But the Good part is that, The Capital Gain is “On Paper” Valuation only so it is Virtual Money. So its Valuation can go as high as possible. There is no upper Limit.

I am very Optimistic on Information Age and Assets related to Information Age (Blogs, Websites, Forums, Online Communities, Internet Businesses….etc). The best thing I like about the Web Properties is its Exponential Growth Potential.

Web Properties (Internet Businesses) grow at much much faster rate than any other Assets such as Stocks, Bonds, Gold, Art, Real Estates & Traditional Businesses.
