The above is the Line Diagram of the Financial Statement. Any separate legal entity has a Financial statement. Weather it’s a Individual, Rental Property, Government or a Business (Company). Every company has a financial statement.

Now, What it means by Rich on Paper? Well, if your Financial statement has more Assets in its “Asset Column” than you are rich. Asset means something which is likely to appreciate in the future and may provide income to you right now.

Stocks, Bonds, Gold, Real Estate, Mutual Funds, Art, Copyrights and Intellectual Properties are the examples of the Assets. This Blog is the Asset of my family promoted company PATEL EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED.

Now, if you want to become a rich company than, you have to keep adding assets in the asset column of your company’s financial statement. Means every time when you have a profit in your company, just re-invest that profit to buy more and more assets for the company. And over the time, your company will become a rich company.

Alternatively, you can reinvest your money to grow the existing assets of your company. Say for Example, take the Example of this Blog. This Blog is the main asset of my Company. Now the Information rich articles in this Blog that I have created over the time are the main core assets of my company because they are the ones which are making money for me.

So every time, when I write an article for my readers, I am growing the size of this Asset over all. In the future, I can also hire writers and create more content for this blog and make my company more rich. For my Company, Content is the Asset. The more content I will create, the more rich my Blog and it’s holding company will become.

Later on, I can acquire and add other assets (Stocks, Bonds, Gold, Real Estate, Mutual Funds) also in the asset column of my company and become rich.
