Well, Honestly speaking only the stock market astrologers from all around the world who are optimistic about the Indian and the world stock market for the year 2010. Investors and analysts are not the optimistic about the world stock market at all.

The stock market could rise to sky high levels because the US Government has printed literally trillions of dollars and pushed it into the circulation. But this growth of the stock market won’t be supported by any revenue growth of the business. Now, this is a bad situation.

The stock market could touch the heaven but the actual valuation of the underlying asset (Shares) has not appreciated at all. And this is the fear of most of the sophisticated investors from all around the world. The Governments and the Central Banks from all around the world can print unlimited amount of money and drive the stock markets to the sky high. But this is not the true valuation growth of the businesses.

It’s like monopoly game means the bank can print unlimited amount of money and push it into the economy. Right now the newly printed dollars by the Federal reserve are in the Bank reserves but when the Banks will start lending this money, we will see the world stock markets and commodities touching the sky high.

And this time will come very soon.
